Peschici, a town knowen for its clean beaches and blue sea, was appreciated several times with “Blue flag” (Bandiera blu). It’s the part of National Park Gargano.
Living zone of Peschici perches on a limestone headland witch strikes 100 meter to the Adriatic Sea and towers above a nice beach. The historical centre, still intact, swarms up from the touring port to the Svevo Castle. The suburb is formed by a labyrinth of little streets, squares, stairs but in particular with the white houses tipical for the sea architecture of Apulia. The suburb was spread in particular in the 20th century with a tourism.
The cost is created by limestone crags, often broken with a marina caves and splendid coves which is possible to visit only from the sea whit the boats. The vegetation is mostly created by the pine trees which descend till the sea.
